International delivery typically arrives within 7–21 business days after processing, depending on destination, customs clearance, and local postal services.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size.

International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected by Level 369 Collective.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system, especially for international shipments.
📫 Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
U.S. Packages
If your package is marked “Delivered” but you don’t see it:

Check with neighbors, building staff, or household members.

Look around your property, including porches, side doors, and mail areas.

Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes scan packages early.

Contact the carrier directly (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) with your tracking number.
If you still cannot locate your package after these steps, please email us at support@level369.com and we’ll do our best to help.
International Packages

Tracking may pause while the package is in customs.

A package is generally not considered lost until:

30 days have passed since shipment for U.S. orders, or
-
45 days have passed since shipment for international orders.

We will support you in investigating missing shipments with the carrier.
🏡 Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, it can be resent once the correct address is provided.
Additional shipping charges may apply.
❌ Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After production begins, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
