📦 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Many items are made-to-order, so processing may take slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.

  • Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.


🚚 Shipping Timeframes

United States

  • Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–7 business days after your order has been processed.

International Shipping

  • International delivery typically arrives within 7–21 business days after processing, depending on destination, customs clearance, and local postal services.

  • Some regions may experience longer transit times, which are outside of our control.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.


💲 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size.

  • International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country.
    These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected by Level 369 Collective.

  • All EU countries

  • Select international locations

🔍 Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system, especially for international shipments.


📫 Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

U.S. Packages
If your package is marked “Delivered” but you don’t see it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building staff, or household members.

  2. Look around your property, including porches, side doors, and mail areas.

  3. Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes scan packages early.

  4. Contact the carrier directly (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) with your tracking number.

If you still cannot locate your package after these steps, please email us at support@level369.com and we’ll do our best to help.

International Packages

  • Tracking may pause while the package is in customs.

  • A package is generally not considered lost until:

    • 30 days have passed since shipment for U.S. orders, or

    • 45 days have passed since shipment for international orders.

We will support you in investigating missing shipments with the carrier.


🏡 Wrong or Incomplete Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, it can be resent once the correct address is provided.
    Additional shipping charges may apply.


❌ Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After production begins, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.


⚠️ Damages & Issues

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@level369.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and make it right as quickly as possible.
