Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Sizing issues

  • Color or preference changes

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • The wrong item was received

This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right quickly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item before ordering.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to complete a return and, once approved, place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have 14 days from receiving your item to cancel or return it for any reason.

Items must still be:

  • Unworn/unused

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing typically occurs within 10 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund
